10am – 5pm
In this class, we will focus on portrait drawing. Since drawing is the time-honored foundation for every serious artist, we will help students sharpen their observation by studying the principles of planes, symmetry and dimension that are paramount in learning to draw a solid head. We will help each student appreciate how playful and rewarding good drawing can be in the tradition of the old masters.
